Terms of service.
Last updated 21 May 2026. These terms govern your use of turingventuretech.com and the materials we publish there. They are not a master services agreement — engagement terms live in a separate signed MSA between Turing Venture Tech and the client.
Who we are
Turing Venture Tech is an engineering studio. The turingventuretech.com domain, and all content published there, is operated by Turing Venture Technologies, a US-incorporated entity headquartered at 1301 N Broadway STE 32287, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
What you can do with the content
The editorial materials we publish here — the doctrine, the field notes, the case study summaries — may be quoted in good faith with attribution. Republishing a full essay, repackaging it as a course, or removing the attribution is not permitted. Logos and brand marks remain the property of their respective owners and may not be used to suggest endorsement.
What we cannot promise
The materials on this site reflect our current thinking and best understanding at time of publication. Architecture is a craft, not a science; technical recommendations published here should not be treated as advice for your specific situation without an engagement. We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law on the published content.
Submissions
When you send us a discovery brief or any unsolicited idea, you grant us permission to read it and decide whether to respond. We will not use the contents of a brief to build a competing product. We will not share the contents with anyone outside Turing Venture Tech without your consent.
Service availability
This is a static marketing site hosted on best-effort infrastructure. We make no uptime commitment for the public site itself. If you depend on something published here for a production decision, please copy or download it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County.
