What we collect
When you submit the discovery form on this site, we collect the fields you fill in: your name, email, company, company URL, the one-line description of what you are building, the stage and timeline of your work, the service categories you flag as relevant, your architectural brief, and (optionally) how you heard about us. We collect nothing else from the form.
We use standard server logs that record requests to the site (timestamp, request path, status code, IP address, user agent). We do not run any third-party analytics, advertising, or session replay scripts on this site. No cookies are set by us.
How we use it
Discovery briefs go directly to an architect at Turing Venture Tech. We read every submission, respond within three business days, and do not redirect, syndicate, or sell the contents. Server logs are reviewed only when investigating abuse or operational incidents.
Sub-processors
We use a small number of third parties to operate the site:
- Vercel — static hosting and edge delivery.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for discovery form submissions.
- Cloudflare — DNS and bot-management at the edge.
Each of these vendors has its own privacy policy and security posture. We choose them deliberately and we name them so you can verify the chain.
Retention
Discovery briefs that result in a working relationship are kept for the lifetime of that engagement plus seven years (standard US tax and contracts retention). Briefs from prospects who do not become clients are kept for 18 months from submission, then deleted unless you ask us to delete sooner. Server logs roll off after 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. Send a request from the email address tied to the brief to hello@turingventuretech.com and we will respond within five business days.
Children
This site is for adult businesses evaluating engineering services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will update the date at the top and post a notice in the footer of this page for at least 30 days. Material changes do not apply retroactively to briefs already submitted.
